Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) and Drew Quartermaine’s (Cameron Mathison) romance will continue to cause problems, but a surprising alliance will come together to hopefully show Willow what kind of man Drew truly is.
There’s no guarantee Willow’s eyes will be opened, but we’ll see some key players try to get through to her.
Will Nina Reeves’ (Cynthia Watros) own fling with Drew get exposed in the midst of all this?
There’ll also be some fallout related to Michael Corinthos’ (Chad Duell) exit while Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) heart issues worsen.

Regardless, Sonny could land in a different kind of danger if he becomes a patient at GH.
Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) could try to sneak in and deliver a digitalis overdose, but maybe Sonny could turn the tables if he becomes part of a Cyrus setup.
Of course, there’ll be more Cyrus-related peril in the meantime – especially for Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) and Lucky Spencer (Jonathan Jackson) as they work to prove Cyrus is behind the string of fatal outcomes at the hospital.
Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) may lean into her own warped sense of justice if she decides to use Dex Heller’s (Evan Hofer) gun on Cyrus – though there’s certainly the potential for things to go wrong.
Whatever the case, Josslyn’s rivalry with Emma Drake (Braedyn Bruner) will heat up while Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) shows off her protective side when it comes to Kai Taylor (Jens Austin Astrup).

As Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) invests in Deception and strengthens his presence in Port Charles, it could leave Sasha Gilmore Corbin (Sofia Mattsson) unnerved.
However, Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) seems poised to step up as pregnant Sasha’s protector thanks to a plea from Michael.
