General Hospital Spoilers: Portia Fired From GH When Curtis Refuses To Give Into Selina’s Blackmail
General Hospital spoilers suggest that Dr. Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) could be exposed soon. Brad Cooper (Parry Shen) recently handed over evidence that Portia was involved in changing Heather Webber (Alley Mills)’s test results to his aunt, Selina Wu (Lydia Look), in exchange for paying off his debt to her.
Selina would definitely use that information to her advantage, and she would want what she has been after for a long time now- Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner)’s night club, The Savoy, where she can host her high-risk gambling activities, and run the club as well.
She has previously offered to buy Curtis out, but now she has great means to get him to sell using Portia’s future at GH as collateral.
Selina Wu Blackmails Curtis Ashford
Selina would first taunt Curtis that she knows something that he wouldn’t want to get out. Curtis wouldn’t take Selina seriously, but then Selina would put her cards on the table so to speak.
She knows that Portia changed Heather Webber’s test results at GH, and that this could ultimately get her fired.
She suggests that Curtis sell her the Savoy at a more than fair price, being the generous woman that she is. Curtis would flat out refuse as he never gives into blackmail.
Curtis Ashford Tries To Get The Goods On Selina Wu
In order to stop Selina’s blackmail, Curtis would attempt to get the goods on Selina to protect his wife, Portia and her job. Curtis could definitely learn some damaging intel about Selina in order to hang on to the Savoy.
But he doesn’t realize Selina does not play games and that her offer was short-lived, she sends the proof of Portia’s deception to the hospital board!
Portia Robinson Is Fired As Co-Chief of Staff
When the board receives the evidence that Portia changed the results, a hearing will be called. Curtis would quickly realize that Selina gave Portia up, and try to warn her, but Portia will already be in the hearing and completely blind-sided!
Portia would get fired, and Dr. Terry Randolph (Cassandra James) would become the sole chief of staff, and Portia will be asked to leave GH immediately. Portia would be devastated, and blame Brad, but he will insist that he had nothing to do with it.
Portia Robinson Ends Her Marriage With Curtis Ashford
Once Portia is fired, Curtis would tell Portia what happened, and Portia would be livid with Curtis. She will not understand why he put the Savoy over her, and it will threaten their marriage.
Curtis could try to explain that he was trying to find a way to stop Selina, but it was too late. Portia wouldn’t be able to accept this and would tell Curtis that their marriage is over!
