Now, letā€™s talk about the latest buzz surroundingĀ Sister Wives.Ā In Touch WeeklyĀ has stood by a story they published in the fall of 2024, claiming that Janelle Brown has already sold her share of Coyote Pass.

Do we believe this? Well,Ā In TouchĀ is sticking with their story this week, and theyā€™re claiming that half of Coyote Pass has already been sold. According to them, the only remaining owners of the land are Mary, Robin, and Cody.

Now, I didnā€™t pay too much attention to this initially, but itā€™s resurfacing again this week, and the story is getting a lot of attention.

Back in November 2024,Ā In Touch published an article saying that Janelle and Cody had settled Janelleā€™s share of Coyote Pass for $340,000.

This comes a year after Christine did the same with her portion of the property, although her name is still on the deed publicly. Itā€™s a bit confusing, right?

The buzz is that in the next nine episodes, whenĀ Sister WivesĀ returns on April 20th, we will see confirmation that Coyote Pass has been partially sold, with Janelle officially out of the picture.

Thereā€™s also talk that sheā€™s using the money for her business, Toff Farms, and expanding there. However, itā€™s important to note that Mary hasnā€™t sold her share yet, so weā€™ll still see what happens with that.

Again, this story first came out in November, and I didnā€™t pay much attention to it back then, but now itā€™s circulating again. People are saying that because Mary and Janelle have both teased some kind of resolution around Coyote Pass,Ā In Touch is saying that this is the resolutionā€”they scooped the story first.

According to them, Janelle sold her portion for around $340,000, which makes sense when you consider that Coyote Pass is valued at $1.3 million according to the 2024 tax assessment. The $340,000-$350,000 price tag per person seems reasonable.

Weā€™ll likely see this storyline play out in a scene from the trailer, where Janelle meets with Mary on Coyote Pass to discuss the situation.

Janelle will likely say something like, ā€œHereā€™s whatā€™s going to happen, Mary. Iā€™m selling my spot. Iā€™m done with it. You can stick around if you want, but Iā€™m out.ā€ Then Mary will probably respond with, ā€œIā€™m so mad, Janelle. Iā€™m going to lawyer up.ā€ But honestly, I think itā€™s just drama.

Weā€™ve all watched these people for years, and we know their characters by now. Mary does a lot of talking, but very little action. It took her how many years to move? So, I wouldnā€™t be surprised if this is just more of the same from Maryā€”lots of talking and not much happening.

Meanwhile, Cody is likely making decisions about the property and working with contractors to get things done. I imagine heā€™s thinking, ā€œLook, this is what I want done here, and hereā€™s what I want here.ā€ Mary will probably just have her little barn-dominium, while Cody and Robin will be over here with their kids, living their lives.

It seems like Codyā€™s thinking, ā€œWeā€™re going to have fun, and Maryā€™s just going to stay on the sidelines, being our ā€˜friend.ā€™ā€ After all, Cody has said he doesnā€™t need another enemy, so heā€™s playing Mary like a violin, just like he always has.

In my opinion, weā€™re going to see more of this dynamic play out in the upcoming part two ofĀ Sister Wives. And I still donā€™t get why Robin is asking Cody if heā€™s sure he doesnā€™t want to marry anyone else.

Maybe in part two, weā€™ll see Robin and Mary try to work things out or have some kind of discussion. I could totally see Mary falling for some of Codyā€™s or Robinā€™s schemes just to keep things going with the show.

What do you think about all of this? Iā€™d love to hear your thoughts in the comments. If you enjoyed this video, please like and share itā€”Iā€™d really appreciate that.
