General Hospital Failed To Hire Billy Flynn For This Reason
According to Soap Opera Digest, Billy shocked the daytime television world by announcing that he was leaving Days of Our Lives to take up a new role on The Young and the Restless.
This has left a lot of General Hospital viewers quite dismayed, as there were strong rumors suggesting that Billy was going to make the switch to Port Charles to play Michael Corinthos.
Instead, Billy ended up going to Y&R possibly because the package that the CBS soap had offered the veteran actor was way more attractive than anything he would have gotten from General Hospital.
Sadly, we won’t be seeing Billy in Port Charles but at least Y&R fans will be enjoying him in Genoa City.Many General Hospital fans certailny did have a lot to say about the matter.
Some even commented with, “Never thought he’d leave DOOL! I could’ve seen him as Dillon, possibly Michael. He was mentioned as a new Michael in a thread a few days ago.”
