General Hospital Spoilers: Did Brennan Trick Josslyn Into Being His Assassin?

General Hospital spoilers and rumors tease Jack Brennan (Chris L. McKenna) may have tricked Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) into being his assassin.

If he didn’t, why didn’t he intervene when she killed Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) instead of waiting outside the cabin and watching it go down?

Something’s Fishy-Really Fishy!

There’s something fishy-really fishy going on with how Brennan recruited Joss into the WSB-he’s the one who provided the breadcrumbs for Josslyn to find the cabin to begin with.

He also banked on her anger and desire to avenge Dex Heller’s (Evan Hofer) death-but think about it; what better way to kill a suspect that should have been dead long ago.

Brennan spent some time in Pentonville himself, and probably heard about the murder attempt on Cyrus-when Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) was there; was he behind it from the outside?

Brennan could have easily walked up behind Cyrus and shot him close range when he saw that hatchet, and Josslyn wouldn’t have had to shoot.

Brennan could have been much more a hero for Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) saving her daughter’s life, instead of cleaning up a mess and trying to frame Jason Morgan (Steve Burton)!

Brennan’s A Man Of Secrets

Brennan’s a man of secrets, there’s no doubt about that-and Jason may know more of them than Brennan realizes. When Jason was blackmailed into working for the FBI against Pikeman, which he infiltrated, he probably found out a lot of things.

That’s because when Brennan was head of the WSB he was head of Pikeman too-it wasn’t until after he went to prison that Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) took over.

But might he have more secrets than anyone ever thought-secrets that could put him back in Pentonville or worse if they were exposed? Neither Josslyn nor Carly have much of an idea of how dangerous Brennan really is-or what he’s actually capable of.

How Many More Hits Might He Manipulate Josslyn Into?

How many more hits might he manipulate Josslyn into, before she realizes what he’s really up to? The WSB never had assassins until Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) was the head of it; in spite of Brennan’s being the one who called the drone strike on the Haunted Star, was he a Victor sympathizer?

He became director right after Frisco Jones (Jack Wagner) refused to bomb the lab in Greenland, and that’s why the Haunted Star was bombed instead.

Josslyn already seems suspicious about Brennan’s actions regarding her mother. Will she be the one who exposes him in the end?
