General Hospital spoilers tease that Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) is keeping a huge secret from everyone except her mother, Lois Cerullo (Rena Sofer).
It’s becoming clearer every day that Brook Lynn was pregnant once before, most likely as a result of her fling with Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zomprogna) when they went to summer camp together many years ago.
Brook Lynn most likely had the baby while Lois arranged for the adoption with Brook Lynn having no idea where her baby ended up.
General Hospital Spoilers – Gio Palmieri is Brook Lynn Quartermaine’s long lost son
Lois most likely arranged for the baby to stay within her family. That baby was most likely Gio Palmieri (Giovanna Mazza). But then Gio’s adoptive parents died, so Lois went to the one person she knew could help: Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Bernard).
By this point Sonny knew that Dante was his son, so he most likely agreed to help Lois take care of Gio financially, but he probably planned to tell Dante the truth as well.
GH Spoilers – Sonny Corinthos confided in Lulu Spencer
By now. Dante was happily married to Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havans). Sonny may have told Lulu the truth about Gio before Dante. But then Lulu may have made a shocking request.
Lulu had already had trouble with Brook Lynn trying to break up her marriage to Dante, so she wouldn’t want to give Brook Lynn another chance to sink her claws into her husband.
That means that Lulu may have begged Sonny to keep the information to himself. Seeing Lulu’s pain, Sonny would of course agree to keep the truth away from his son for the sake of his marriage.

Lulu just woke up from a four-year long coma, but it hasn’t taken her long to reignite her feud with Brook Lynn. But if Brook Lynn and Dante discover that Sonny, Lulu and Lois all knew that Gio is their son, there is going to be a lot of trouble coming their way.
Dante may never forgive Lulu for this secret and Brook Lynn will have every reason to continue their terrible feud.
