General Hospital spoilers and updates for Monday, April 21 tease clashing classmates, giving explanations and sketchy recommendations.

Emma Scorpio-Drake (Braedyn Bruner) and Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy)  clash, Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) gives her explanation, and Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) gives a sketchy recommendation.

Clashing Classmates

Josslyn and Emma appear to be in a storage shed or possibly a basement, where tensions are running high. Josslyn, visibly upset, confronts Emma about her constant anger towards her. It raises the question: are they trapped in this space, or has someone locked them in?

Josslyn recently saw Professor Henry Dalton (Daniel Goddard) enter the GH lab, a place he shouldn’t be-could Dalton or an accomplice have imprisoned the girls for being too inquisitive? Or did they inadvertently land themselves in trouble?

Giving Explanations

While still at Jordan’s condo, she tries to clarify things to Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson), who is quite upset about her decision to work with Sidwell.

She emphasizes the importance of stopping Sidwell and explains that she is now in a position to take action. Isaiah, understandably concerned due to his past experiences with Sidwell’s threats in Somalia and the near-fatal incident involving his close friend Lucky Spencer (Jonathan Jackson), needs reassurance.

Jordan realizes she may need to share more about her background as a DEA agent and her role as the Police Commissioner of Port Charles to help Isaiah feel at ease. Although Jordan is confident in her abilities, Isaiah is not familiar with her past.

Understandable Confrontation

Meanwhile, at the Quartermaine mansion, Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) has discovered that Sasha Corbin (Sofia Mattsson) has “betrayed” her principles by making a deal with Sidwell.

This arrangement, which she struck weeks ago, was intended to protect her baby. Now, Jason is pressing her for answers, particularly about the sudden influx of money she has received—he suspects it may be linked to Sidwell.

Less than  six months prior, Jason had rescued Sasha from Sidwell’s clutches when he kidnapped her, demanding a ransom of diamonds that her mother, Holly Sutton (Emma Samms), had stolen. With a bomb in the room during that tense situation, Jason barely managed to save her, so it’s no surprise he’s concerned about her accepting money from Sidwell now!

Sketchy Recommendation

Now, Sidwell is visiting Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) and making a rather questionable suggestion regarding his son, Marco Rios (Adrian Anchondo).

He praises Marco highly, insisting that Alexis would be making a mistake if she didn’t hire him. However, Alexis and Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) had already put the job offer for Marco on hold after discovering Sidwell is his father.

This revelation has raised suspicions about the entire family, despite the claim that Marco’s parents are divorced. Those familiar with Natalia Ramirez (Eva LaRue) also harbor doubts about her character.

More Suspicions From Lucas

Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) is also feeling suspicious as he confronts Marco, pressing him on whether he was aware of Lucas’s identity and his residence in Port Charles. The revelation that Sidwell is Lucas’s father adds a new dimension to their relationship, justifying Lucas’s doubts.

Lucas is somewhat distanced from both the Corinthos and Jerome families—especially since his sister Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) has been divorced from Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) for years.

Sidwell is quickly being perceived as just another mob player vying for Sonny’s territory; despite Lucas’s limited interactions with Sonny these days, he is still regarded as part of the family. It’s clear that Lucas suspects Marco has ulterior motives linked to his father’s interests.

Carly Is Insistent

In Carly’s kitchen, she and Sonny are engaged in a conversation about his upcoming heart surgery, which he confided in her about during Friday’s episode. Carly has taken the initiative to support her ex-partner and the father of some of her children, offering to accompany him to California for the procedure.

Sonny appears to have shared another plan with her, and she expresses her belief that it’s an excellent idea and will be successful. It seems he is discussing his surgery, and she remains determined to encourage him to go through with it, despite his concerns about being perceived as weak.
