Saying goodbye to Dominic Zamprogna as he leaves his role as Dante Falconeri after 15 years. His time on the show has been impressive, and viewers will miss his captivating acting

Fans weren’t the only ones disappointed when Dominic Zamprogna revealed his decision to leave soap opera GENERAL HOSPITAL where he has played the popular role of Dante Falconeri since 2009. His castmates and friends also expressed their feelings of loss — but also offered their best wishes to him in his future career!

From on-screen father Maurice Benard (Sonny) to on-screen wife Emme Rylan (Lulu), Zamprogna’s co-stars had a lot to say to the departing actor, regardless of how long they’d been working together. Some were funny, some heartfelt, and others were optimistic to see what the actor does next!

“I am utterly heartbroken to see you go but also very excited to watch what is coming next for you,” declared Emme Rylan (Lulu). “I believe in you! Go get em! ❤️❤️”

“You’re a Rock Star!” declared Laura Wright (Carly). “I’m gonna miss ya! Now Go Kick Some Ass!!! Xoxoxox”

Maura West (Ava) shared her feelings that are shared by her entire family. “Everyone in my house will be watching you shine,” she enthused. “You are so special to us all!”

“Congratulations for all the terrific work you did on GH!” cheered Anthony Montgomery (Andre) here with another alum, Bryan Craig (ex-Morgan). “Have fun on whatever new adventure life takes you and your family on!! Always rooting for you, my friend!!🙏👊😊

While Haley Erin (Kiki) jokingly tweeted a simple “bye,” castmate Chloe Lanier (Nelle) had a little more to say to Zamprogna. “So excited to see what’s next for you!” she posted. “You’re a great actor and you’re going to soar. :)”

“I feel like I should post the pics I took when you weren’t looking during Nurses Balls past and present as an homage,” joked Marc Anthony Samuel (Felix). “Will miss you, dude.”

“Wishing you nothing but the best,” shared Risa Dorken (Amy). “🙌🏼✨ All my love.”

“We’ll miss u, Dom!” wrote Parry Shen (Brad). “You had me laughing in tears the last time we worked together. Looking forward to seeing your next adventures!”
