Hunter Brown doesn’t play an active role on Sister Wives any longer, though he did make a brief appearance in Season 19 to support Christine’s engagement.
But in spite of his lengthy absence, many viewers consider him a fan-favorite. Like many of his siblings, he’s stepped away from the cameras. But he also maintains an active, public social media presence so fans can keep up with his adventures.
Lately, Hunter has enjoyed sharing photos featuring outings with his siblings and friends. And after the New Year holidays, he happily shared a new update with his Instagram audience.

Hunter Brown Is Especially Close To His Siblings
Like many of the older children in the Brown family, Hunter Brown had little interest in relocating to Flagstaff, Arizona. He put down roots in Las Vegas, where he settled down near his older brother, Logan. On social media, fans can often see Logan and Hunter hanging out with their other siblings and friends.
After Garrison Brown’s death in March of 2024, many Sister Wives fans worried about his siblings’ mental health. Like other members of the family, Hunter penned a touching tribute to Garrison, publicly expressing his pain.
Nothing will ever bring Garrison back, but life does go on.
The Brown Family Children Ring In 2025 Together
Hunter Brown shared a photo dump of his New Year celebrations on Instagram. In typical Hunter fashion, he didn’t leave much of a caption. But fans sincerely enjoyed seeing the TLC star enjoy himself with friends and family. David Woolley even made it into one photo. However, Hunter’s father Kody Brown was noticeably absent.
“New year, same shenanigans 💅🏻” Hunter’s sister-in-law Michelle Petty wrote in the comments.
Overall, Hunter’s followers enjoyed looking through the photos. After the rough year the family had, Sister Wives viewers felt glad to see the siblings enjoying each other’s company. Instagram followers wrote:
