Steve Burton Talks Life’s Little Hiccups & Perspective!
General Hospital (GH) star Steve Burton (Jason Morgan) shared an incident that happened to him recently and talked about putting things in perspective and “life’s little hiccups.”
Always Inspirational
Steve often shares wellness and mindfulness tips on social media. This week, he touched on something that, interestingly enough, came up in a post by another GH star. What happened is that it was a day of work for the ABC star, and he had to catch a flight. However, things went wrong.
Taking to Instagram Stories, the real-life Jason Morgan said:
It’s been a day so far. I worked today and then I was supposed to fly out. I had four delays and then the flight was canceled. Then I had to go to a different airport, about a two-hour drive to catch another flight.

Steve Burton added, “It’s these little hiccups that you can be really frustrated with,” adding, “this is where mindset comes in for sure.” Talking about how it could become extremely “frustrating” and stressful, he suggested people “put things in perspective” because they are just “hiccups,” and everyone can still find things to be “grateful” for.
Taking The Best from Life
Between Maurice Benard and Steve, a lot of positivity comes from beyond the daytime drama. Who would have thought that Maurice, who struggles with depression, would end up helping so many people with mental health issues?
And how good it is that Steve shares things like time management and perspectives. These all help fans get through their day. In fact, it’s like a bonus!
People can’t comment on stories for other ABC fans to read, but on his profile page, plenty of folks appreciate it when Steve Burton shares positive and uplifting ideas.
On the same day that he posted about his frustrating flight, Steve talked about spiritual devotion that is a win for him. And he mentioned exercise. In the comments section, some fans reacted.
One of them said, “Great post something I need in my life right now!! Thank you.” Others also liked the idea, and comments arrived like, “Amazing work that you do for yourself and others,” and, “SAY it louder for the people in the back.”
In the past, Steve talked about making time for mental health, spirituality, and wellbeing. It’s not a bad idea to dedicate a bit of time every day to our health, do you agree?
